Any member of the Strata Company (or an authorised representative) may make a complaint to the Council of Owners of the Strata Company about alleged by-law breaches.
The Council of Owners may instruct the Strata Manager to issue a warning letter or breach notice to the offending resident based on this complaint therefore it is very important that you provide a detailed description of the alleged breach.
It may also be necessary that evidence of any complaint is collected so the matter can be progressed if required. Evidence may include photos, videos, sound recordings or you may wish to keep a log of any ongoing incidences.
Please note that anonymous complaints are unable to be actioned.
Upon receipt of the complaint and supporting information (as required) your Council of Owners will make an informed decision on what action should be taken against the offending unit.
